Flute, Clarinet & Saxophone
At the Red Clay Music Foundry we have teachers for flute, clarinet, saxophone, oboe, bassoon and more. We teach beginner to advanced lessons on most all of the woodwind instruments. Furthermore, we have teachers for jazz, classical and many more styles of music.
Trumpet, Trombone and Lower Brass
We offer lessons for Trumpet, Trombone, Tuba, Euphonium, and more. We teach beginner to advanced lessons on most all of Brass instruments and have teachers for most musical styles.
Here are some tips regarding woodwind & brass lessons for beginners.
School band programs are where most students get their first exposure to wind instruments. Most of these programs are quite large. The students rarely if ever get any personalized instruction. Private lessons for these students can make the difference between success and failure.  We recommend renting your instrument initially since there are many good rental programs for band instruments. Due to lung capacity (and in the case of the saxophone the size of the instrument), we recommend that most woodwind beginners are 9 and older.
Below is a list of the woodwind & brass instructors at our Duluth Georgia location along with their class openings. This includes: Flute, Clarinet, Saxaphone, Trumpet, Trombone and many more.
We encourage new students¬†to take a 30 minute trial lesson. You can meet the teacher and learn more about our school. Currently, we are offering the trial lessons for $20 (one per student). Click on¬†‚Äúenroll‚Ä̬†to register¬†for a¬†trial¬†lesson. If you do not see times listed for a teacher, that means their schedule is full. Once our staff confirms the time chosen, you will receive a confirmation email.
