We are offering Songwriting ¬†Classes ¬†Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer sessions. Each quarter will last 8 weeks. Classes are 90 minutes long each.

Tuition $225.00 per quarterly session.
Instructor ‚Äď Elgin Wells
Veteran professional Atlanta musician Elgin is a Six‚Äźtime Billboard Songwriting Contest Award Winner,Music Teacher and his catalog includes over 300 titles, many of which have found their way onto his 13 albums. Elgin received his degree in Psychology from Georgia State University, with a concentration in Human Learning and Education, and he has more than forty years‚Äô experience in music performance and composition, encompassing styles from rock and jazz to new age, blue grass, country and orchestral. He has performed with the Atlanta Pops Orchestra, Australia‚Äôs Daly‚ÄźWilson Big Band and he has appeared frequently at the Atlanta and Pensacola Jazz Festivals, meanwhile producing hundreds of recordings for himself and other artists. Elgin has performed professionally on 23 different instruments, and is an award‚Äźwinning vocalist. The Elgin Wells Group, a jazz/blues ensemble, has been an Atlanta staple for many years, delivering more than 15,000 live performances, including a 12‚Äźyear stand at Ray‚Äôs on the River. Elgin maintains his audio/video studio in Peachtree Corners.
